Returns & changes of clothing
You may request a change or return one or more products within 14 days of receiving the package by proceeding as follows:
1. Ensure that the items are in the same condition as they were received, with all labels and warranty seals intact and still attached. Original boxes and other packaging must be returned with the item.
2. To start the return and refund /change process, you must send an email to shop@rialto48.com indicating the order number, the items to be returned and the reason why (size change, return and refund....) In the case of both return and exchange, a confirmation email will be sent.
3. Place the items to be returned or exchanged in a box, preferably in the original one, making sure it is well sealed.
4. Book the collection of the package with a courier of your choice and send it to:

We remind you that the return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. We recommend that you use a trusted courier and keep the receipt certifying that the package has been sent.
5. As soon as the return has been received to our warehouse and the integrity of the return has been verified, an e-mail will be sent confirming acceptance of the return and issuance of the refund. Refund times depend on the payment method selected at the time of purchase.
6. In the case of a size change, the customer must indicate in the e-mail the replacement size they wish to receive. The shipment of this will be charged to rialto48 s.r.l.
7. rialto48 s.r.l. reserves the right not to accept returns that have not been properly communicated, that have been sent after the time limit or that are in a different condition from the one they were in upon delivery (see point 1).
